We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to offering free career-building services to women striving to achieve career goals, live a fulfilling life, and find joy in each day. We connect experienced women from all walks of life with women reentering the workplace, starting a new beginning, struggling in their current career, or just looking to find balance and purpose!
Our Coaches follow the NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming philosophy. It is an incredibly powerful approach to communication and personal development. It helps you learn control over your ability to be at your best more often. More importantly, MWC Coaches have overcome obstacles, learned lessons the hard way, and found success in life on their own terms.
We offer private coaching, networking events, a variety of virtual or in-person workshops, resume review, interview preparation, scholarship funding, and a career closet for in-person interviews.
